My family vacation
We arrived at the property and everything was good until the internet kept going out and interrupting our service. The next thing was when we got ready for showers there were no wash cloths in the house at all no bathroom had wash clothes only hand towels and bath towels, so I ranned out to walmart to get wash clothes and dish cloths. The lday before we were to leave we gave my grandson a 2 yr birthday party. We were grilling food and got to the hamburgers and hot dogs and the tank went out, so my son changed the tank out and noticed propane was leaking from somewhere, so he tried to turn it off but the tank had a leak somewhere. We had to call the fire department when they arrived they roped off the area so no one would inhale the fumes. They instructed everyone to stay inside and to get out of the pools neighbors as well. Shortly after 2 more fire trucks came so they were their for about 3 hrs, so we were not able to grill the hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids. I stayed in contact with the host to let her know what was going on. So I ended up asking for some compensation for our inconvenience the host said I would be reinbursed 85 for the grill fee but nothing else because it was out fault and there wasn't anything wrong with the tank. The fire dept clearly told us the tank had a leak and could not be refilled it would have to be thrown away.
