Summary: Paradise Palms Resort - A comfortable house with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, the house also has high speed wi-fi. The Space: This spacious townhouse boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It's within the Paradise Palms Resort condominium, just a short walk from the Clubhouse. The bedrooms consist of a private King bed with a bathroom, two King beds on the first floor with a shared bathroom, a Queen bed with a shared bathroom, and 2 Full beds with a shared bathroom. Laundry facilities are also available on-site. Conveniently located, the townhouse is just 9 minutes away from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney, 27 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 35 minutes from Universal. If you require pool heating, there will be an additional fee. Please let us know at least 48 hours before you arrive if you want to add this to your reservation. The Neighborhood: Established in 2007, Paradise Palms is a gated resort-style community in Kissimmee, Florida. This community has a variety of well-appointed amenities as well as spacious townhomes and single-family homes—all with private screened pools and covered lanais. In addition to an array of top-notch amenities, the community is located near Florida’s prime hotspots such as Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, which are all within a 30-minute drive of Paradise Palms. Other Things to Note: BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled. BEFORE CHECKING IN: Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered. We had an amazing stay! We went for our child’s sports and we were so close to Walmart and all the places for dinner off the highway! We even found a quiet way to drive to Disney springs without the highway! So location was amazing!! Even the house location inside is great. It’s an easy walk to the pool! The house had everything from hair dryers to air fryers! Things to cook with and the cupboards were so well equipped! A lot of our team stayed here and many of them said we had one of the cleanest townhomes compared to everyone else’s! Beds were comfortable, towels were clean and in great shape and pool towels were perfect! The pool area was a hit and my kids LOVED the pizza! I even had the shrimp tacos and they were yummy! We have stayed at multiple spots in this resort . All were not accurate and overpriced. Except this home. 100 percent maintained, found no flaws. Had everything you would need from kitchen utensils to pool towels etc.... we purchased the pool heat which was amazing. Alot of other places we have stayed did not turn the pool on when we paid for it. We immediately booked for next year and will continue to book again. I do have one request that a grill would be able to used . I brought mine down but i would absolutely pay for the use of the one on the property beings we drive from Maryland. I understand the owners point of view though some people do not take care of things like it is there own . We do . Two different townhomes. Each time we’ve been very happy with the resort. Easy check in, very friendly staff, quiet area. We stay here for my sons college baseball spring training tournament. The location to the fields are key for us. The location for Kissimmee traffic not so much. So much traffic on that art.192\. The house was just as I expected. Nothing fancy, pretty much your typical rental. Everything was clean for the most part, just a warn in place. Living room furniture looks cute and comfy in the pics, but it’s definitely broken in.
