It was very nice to have a private pool so when we arrived late after a long day of traveling the kids were able swim and burn off energy. This property needs some TLC and a deep clean. Some of the bedrooms are very dated with older mattresses. We had to get the handyman to fix broken fans and look at a couple of other broken things. The management company was quick to respond but somethings weren’t fixed. The pool heating, which was supposed to be on, was pretty ineffective. The house was super smoky from previous renters which affected our allergies. The mattresses and bedroom sets in most of the rooms are worn out. The kitchen appliances and utensils work but has some dings. The microwave did not have a glass plate. There was a huge wasp nest right by the front door. We had to buy wasp spray to remove it. The grill was filthy. We had to clean it to use it and then clean it after. The game room was missing some items in order to play. So we didn’t get a chance to use it. Towels were available but most of us brought our own. I’ve rented homes for traveling many times throughout the years and I’ve never had to remove the bed sheets as a part my departure process. I feel that should be included in the cleaning fee. The owner and property manager were very nice and responded to my concerns quickly. ##### Kia M. Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2023 ---
