This place is a joke. Why was it even listed on hotels.com? We wanted to rent it for 6 days, website said it was available and that it was a confirmed booking. Hotels.com took the money for it. Then the next day, the owners want me to email them a copy of my drivers license and credit card. I did. They email back saying we either have to rent the house for 31 days or else they will cancel. So i had to cancel cause 31 days is a ridiculous requirement when hotels.com site said nothing about that and let me book for 6. They cancelled it. They said they never got my drivers license, credit card or money. We sent all 3. Hotels.com wont give it back unless they confirm it was cancelled by the owners. The owners will not respond to hotels.com. This is not right and we are out a lot of money that we could've used on vacation. We had to find another hotel.

Nice, but we were placed in a different property

The property we stayed in was actually at 5015 Tideview Circle instead of the sandcrest property, because the company contacted us saying the property originally books wasn't available. The Tideview circle property was located in a gated community and was nice. We had a couple small issues with the property (a slow drain and the house was a little noisy when others were moving around and you could hear traffic outside). It was very clean, and comfortable overall. The pool area was fantastic, but a bit of a walk.

We loved how close this property is to Universal Orlando! It made it so much easier to get to City Walk, and the Universal theme parks. We used the water taxi from Lowes Portifino and it was a wonderful trip! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We are very pleased with our stay at this condo, we all loved it.
