After a fun-filled day at the parks, relax in your private hot tub, fire up the BBQ for a delicious meal, or unwind while enjoying the resort's exceptional amenities.  
  
• Community: Summerville Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.  
• Just a 5 to 8-minute drive from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (travel times may vary depending on traffic).  
• Location: Sunny Dreams Lane, Kissimmee, FL, 34747, US  
• Parking: Free parking. The reserved parking spot for this property corresponds to the street address. Additional guest parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

• We provide a small starter kit, which includes:   
o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom  
o 1 hand soap per bathroom  
o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom  
o 1 sponge in the kitchen   
o 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen   
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen  
o 1 laundry detergent  
o 1 garbage bag  
  
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.  
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.  
  
Rules and guidelines for your comfort:  
HOT TUB: This property is equipped with a private outdoor Hot Tub which requires manual setup on the day of arrival. There is a $110 setup & Sanitization fee required. A $35 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay. Guests must prepay and make arrangements to use the Hot Tub prior to arrival.   
COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed.   
POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home.   
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.  
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.  
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

Booked for the pet friendly. love the grounds for the pets. Location was key. Paid extra for the hot tub. Had a problem and host sent repair immediately. Unfortunatley another problem with the jets/power occurred and let the host know.
