🚗 Parking & Access



⚠️ Driveway parking only — maximum 2 vehicles. Street and sidewalk parking strictly prohibited — HOA will tow without warning.

No overflow parking permitted.

🚫 Not allowed: boats, trailers, RVs, campers or commercial vehicles.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
