Located in Encore at Reunion, a gated community in Kissimmee, Florida — just 14–17 minutes from all four Walt Disney World parks and about 25 minutes from Universal and Epic Universe. Everyday essentials are close by: restaurants and gas stations in 4 minutes, Publix and Walgreens in 7, Walmart in 9 and Target in 12.

A car is highly recommended to explore the Orlando area and make the most of your stay. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 31 minutes away.

The community has a security gate, and all drivers must be registered before check-in. Free parking on the property; overflow parking is not permitted.



🚫 Not permitted on the property: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and commercial or construction vehicles.

• Damage Waiver: a small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — so you can relax without worrying about small mishaps.

• Security Deposit: a refundable deposit, returned in full after check-out as long as there's no damage. Refunds usually take 2–14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

🐾 No pets allowed



📦 Packages: use UPS, FedEx or Amazon (door delivery). USPS mail and parcels go to a mailbox we don't have access to.
