Welcome to the stunning Paradiso Grande Resort. The newest resort community by Park Square Homes, with an amazing location, community amenities and endless excitement year-round.  
  
Nestled in the heart of Orlando, our luxurious condominium is conveniently located just down the road from Orange County Convention Center and ICON 360 (formerly known as the Orlando Eye). Ideally located at 5 minutes from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and the exhilarating Waterpark Aquatica. Also, just 12 minutes drive from Universal Studios and the dreamed Walt Disney World.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTES: There is a $35/day fee for heating the Pool/Jacuzzi. If you just want to have a heated Jacuzzi there is an $18/day charge for it (Minimum 3 consecutive nights), Grill is $84 one time fee for a week. Max guests allowed is 22\. We have a ring door bell camera at the front door only for security purposes.

Guests are encouraged to visit a nearby supermarket to purchase food and personal items. To maintain hygiene, no leftover food from previous guests is kept in the house.

• Pool Heating IMPORTANT NOTES   
\- Cost: $35 per day, with a 3-day minimum. Temperature will not exceed 92F and must be requested at least 48 hours before use.   
\- Pool heaters rely on HEAT EXCHANGE systems and WILL NOT WORK WELL in cold weather. Refunds will not be issued if the desired temperature is not reached under these conditions.   
  
Our pool heater pumps are equipped with a safety system designed to prevent overheating when operating under strain in cold weather. This system may temporarily shut down automatically the heater to allow the pump to restore optimal functionality.

Amazing villa, perfect location for all the parks. Ten minutes from anywhere. Perfect for multiple generation family stay. We have been holidaying in Florida for 20 years and this villa was by far the best we have stayed in.

Our family trip to Universal and Epic Universe could not have been better! We had several families staying together under one roof but never felt on top of each other with plenty of bedrooms and en suite bathrooms across the house. The pool, hot tub and game room offered opportunities to relax after long days at the parks and having a well appointed kitchen and laundry made the trip feel more personal and convenient than a hotel stay. Diego was an amazing rep and working with him could not have been easier. He was responsive and accommodating, and we can't wait for the next trip!

#### Great experience, property and time

I rented the property for a trade show my company had to attend at the OCCC. In the past we had rented a few condos in Orlando to handle our needs of a Medium size group but traveling with a group over 7 we had to rent multiple properties which we made work but created some issues. Having this property my team was able to hang out and enjoy each others company while enjoying meals and downtime together. The house is obviously new and met our needs to a T. I can't wait to come back next year I hope the property will be available!!!
