But they were respectful and the partying/music stop shortly after arriving. Home was beautiful, clean and spacious. There was a few issues, the 2 master bedrooms bed are hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning could not go below 72 so it was hot, had to purchase fans. The carpet was dated and stained throughout the house. The walls had spots where the paint was touched up throughout the house. The cable TV boxes were missing. The smoke detector in my sons room had a bad battery and kept beeping. (It took two days for the manager to respond.) The homes across the street had a block party that lasted past midnight. I have to file a claim with my credit card company to get my security deposit back after they had told me that they had refunded the deposit. I had another home booked with this company over spring break which I have cancelled.
