First Impressions
As you step into this brand-new, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome, you're greeted by a welcoming foyer that leads to a tastefully decorated queen bedroom. A well-appointed bathroom is conveniently located just outside this room, offering privacy and comfort right from the moment you arrive.

The Heart of the Home
Walk further in, and you'll find yourself in a stunning open-concept living area. The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The center island isn't just functional; it's also a stylish gathering spot. Overlooking the kitchen is the living and dining area, featuring plush sectional seating and a large-screen smart TV. The adjacent dining area is perfect for family meals or romantic dinners. All of this is framed by large patio doors that offer a glimpse of the covered lanai and inviting pool area—your private oasis for soaking up the Florida sun.

Upstairs: Where Fun Meets Comfort
The second floor is an entertainment paradise. A lounge area with a queen sofa sleeper is the perfect spot for casual hangouts. It features two TVs and an arcade game that promises hours of fun for everyone. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Here, you'll find four more bedrooms to accommodate every guest's needs. The king-bedroom suite is the epitome of luxury, complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Younger guests will adore the Avengers-themed room, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a princess theme and twin beds, and another with an Avatar theme and a full bed—share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We went to celebrate my son’s fifth birthday with the whole family. It was so spacious with everyone having their own bathrooms. Our favorite bonus was the half bathroom outside by the pool. I highly recommend if traveling outside of the summer to add heater to the pool so you can enjoy it all day. The host was incredible with amazing communication. I cannot recommend staying here enough! We will definitely be back with the whole family again!

Excellent vacation property

Stayed here in February of 2025. The house was well appointed and very comfortable for 2 families.The clubhouse area was a big hit with the kids and within a 4 or 5 minute walk of the home.Would highly recommend!

Close to the pool and clubhouse and the entrance of the resort. Super attentive hosts, the pool at the house was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the themed rooms were a huge hit for our children!

The house is great, we enjoyed the water park in the evenings which is really close. If I had one suggestion, it would to be to have a larger pan to cook with, we had a group of 9 and cooking breakfast was a challenge. The house is very large, and the kids all had their own space. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family and a close walk to the resort pool. The only complaint was the amount of cat hair present. We would stay there again though! The little kids loved the themed rooms and the warm pool! I would recommend it!

Nice place to stay

We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party. The place was exactly as described. It was close to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. We came home from each park for a little down time and went back to the park to see the fireworks. The amenities at the community were nice. The house was close enough to the clubhouse/pool that we could walk to it. We were surprise to see there were 9 holes of miniature golf there as well. My family had a good time. We would stay there again.

Great spot to vacation in the Orlando area!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great stay, and our kids loved their rooms! The resort amenities were great and close to the townhouse. The resort pool and area is perfect for a wide range of kids and ages - there’s a great spot near the splash pad for babies which was perfect for us! Our host was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. I will say that getting in and out of the resort in the evening is a bit of a nightmare, the security check in is unnecessarily long, and the traffic was terrible, as other reviewers have mentioned.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to be together but not right on top of each other. The property has a mix of a small private pool and community pool that is very clean and well maintained. Overall great experience for my three kids and my partner and I.

Our family arrived to a clean, beautiful house. There was so much space for the kids to play. The private pool was plenty big enough for my 4 grade-schoolers. The highlight was the waterpark about a 3 minute walk away. We needed a couple of things and the host responded promptly. We plan on staying here next time we come to the area.

We all enjoyed the place the only thing that disappointed us all was no one was able to go on the water slides that really was the main part that I got the place cause the kids love water slides but not one day we were there that they had them open

This was a great townhome with many convenient amenities and close to Disney. We had plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the bedrooms, video games, and the water park and pool were a huge hit. All the essentials for in home dining which was helpful with little kids. Would definitely stay again! Host was communicative and responsive!

Great house! The home was exactly as pictured. My kids loved the theme rooms and video games. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was perfect! Plenty of space for the hole family, nice small pool area at the house, to cool off. Love the kitchen/sitting area. And we really loved the resort area with the pools and Lazy river. Great location nearby Disney, shopping and restaurants. There could be a few more kitchen utilities. But we made it work. And maybe a better place to store the trash. Because there were a lot of rats in the evening around the house, and in the trash.

Nice Resort about 30 minutes from Disney

We planned a 9 day Disney Vacation and visited with family in the area. It was great to have a private pool since the resort pool didn’t open until 10am. Our elementary aged children were able to enjoy it early in the day before we set out to the water slide and lazy river for the day. On the park days we were able to have a quick breakfast at the home before heading out to Disney. The property manager was responsive and amenable to many of our requests; aka needed extra pool towels, adding visitors to the list so they could get through the gate, and getting a 2pm late checkout when our flight was delayed. The only issue we experienced was that there was trash by the door for two and a half days upon our arrival.

Perfect family get away

We had a wonderful time on our stay. We spent a week here and split our time between Universal and the property. Universal was about 40 mins away, but was an easy drive. We also could see the Disney fireworks from the back yard or Master bedroom window. The kids enjoyed the pool at house. We added heat to the pool and the privacy walls provided a nice wind block which we needed a few days in January. The resort pool/amenities were great and extremely close. Plenty for all ages (lazy river, pool, hot tub, playground in the water). The food at the club house was good and fairly priced too and the servers did a great job of making their way around to us often. We even utilized putput and the fire pits there. We did need extra towels (pool towels as the kids were always in the water) but our host had some ran to us the same day and was quick to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely come back!

Great property

Our family of five stayed here for a Disney trip and the amenities and location were great. The house was clean and well-appointed. I would suggest to the host that they supply hangers in the closets. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools/utensils you’d need. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There is plenty of parking at the property. The drive to Disney was easy each day. The resort center pool was great and my niece had a blast playing there. My only complaint was the check-in process for the community. Because you have to check in with security and tons of people are checking in at the same time, I ended up waiting an hour in my car just to get into the community and get checked in at the gate. However, they give you a pass that you keep in your windshield so you don’t have to go through that every time you come into the property. When the rest of our family arrived a while later, they said the line to get in wasn’t bad at all, so just be aware that the timing of when you arrive is important for check-in. Overall, we were very impressed with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay.

Wonderful for our family of 12 ranging from 1yr-50yr. Although the pool is small, the complimentary water park was more than enough! Will definitely book again!
