Video Games. Netflix. Free wireless internet. Unlimited free calls Worldwide Instead of crowding into one or two rooms, you will have my entire house to relax in after an active day at the theme parks. Just imagine coming back after a busy day at Disney World and swimming in your very own heated private pool. Many people would think that these accommodations are out of reach for most families, but the surprising truth is you can rent my house for less than the price of two standard hotel rooms! For families and even groups traveling together, renting a pool home is an excellent choice for accommodations in the Disney World area. Kids love staying at my home—so do their parents! Join the many happy families that have enjoyed their vacations at my home. An Elegant, Tropical Exterior Imagine the comfort and privacy that staying in my house affords. When you arrive, you will be impressed by the beautiful tropical exterior. I particularly love the palm tree. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale. Besides being so close to Disney World, there is every sort of restaurant, drugstore and supermarkets located within a few miles of the home. Sea World and Universal Studios are easily accessed via Route 4. In addition, nearby are Reunion Golf Resort and Champion’s Gate Golf Resort, not to mention numerous other first-rate golf courses. There are courses in the area for every golfer’s ability and wallet. Truly, my home fits that old real estate adage “Location, location, location!” Interior and Living areas Open the front door and enter the living room. You may want to sit in this room when you want a little adult quiet time away from the rest of the family. The living room is bright and cheerful. Passing through the dining room you arrive in the kitchen. I don't want to spend too much of my time in the kitchen while I am on vacation, better to spend it outdoors on the grill; but if you want to cook, you have the equipment to prepare the most elaborate of meals. And of course, there is a dishwasher. When traveling with the family the full kitchen is a wonderful thing to have. You won't have to eat every meal at a restaurant- unless you want to. You'll really appreciate the convenience when there are children in the group. They can eat when they want- which can be at all hours with all the fun they'll be having. Have a finicky eater? Make the food that they like and get back quickly to vacationing. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with washer, dryer. We really enjoy our breakfasts together. The one meal we always eat at the house is breakfast. It has become a family tradition. The first person awake makes the coffee... at least the first pot! The family room is a favorite gathering place. There is room for everyone to sit together and enjoy talking about our day. Sometimes we watch TV or movies (Netflix), or play games together. After a day at Walt Disney World we might be swimming in the pool. You have your choice of board games, or video games. Provided in the family room are board games for all ages such as Trouble, Monopoly, Candyland and Checkers. There is even a game table in the corner of the room on which to play. You can also use that area for your computer for work staycation just bring a printer if you need to use one. The house has a sleeping capacity for ten people. A split floor plan allows for maximum privacy with four bedrooms and three bathrooms located in three different areas of the house. In the front of the house off of the living room, is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, closet and a private bath with water closet, tub, shower and double sink vanity. The second bedroom, at the back of the house, has a queen bed. It has its own bath across the hall, which opens out to the pool. In the middle of the house, bedroom three has another queen bed and bedroom four has two bunk beds. Located between these two bedrooms, is the third bath. In addition to the bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas. A family room with 3 sofas gives you lots of space. This rental house experience was the best! Pictures were plentiful and accurate, directions perfect, and the place was immaculate and charming. Plenty of room for 9 of us, ranging in age from senior citizens, adults, young adults, and a 7 year old. The lanai/ pool was delightful, and the place was a perfect base for theme park attendance and all the attractions of the Kissimmee/Orlando/Clermont areas. It's a one floor but the layout is perfect. It does not feel crowded and there is everything you need in the house to spend a whole week there comfortably. Our family really enjoyed the pool. The floor plan was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the bedrooms being spread throughout the home. The kitchen amenities were utilized and very appreciated. The pool was the best part of the home. We made sure to jump in at least twice a day. The neighborhood was very quiet and in a great location. We all loved this home and the great experience we were able to capture while vacationing here. The true purpose of our trip was to enjoy the Lanai Pool. We were concerned that the weather would cut us short but we had plenty of pool time with mostly evening showers. The home was wonderful and well beyond what we needed for 2 people but again the Pool was the attraction. 90 degree water was still very refreshing with temps in mid 90s. There were a few things that need attention. Each morning we found a few ants roaming around the kitchen. There were about 50 dead gnats in the middle bathroom tub. The door from the bathroom to the pool was not locked when we arrived. There was an issue with the wi-fi password that took a few hours to get resolved. The thermostat was on a timer so we were constantly having to adjust the temperature. The outside could use a good pressure washing. It was a good place to come back to at the end of a long day at the parks and go to sleep. Overall, it was comfortable and, for the most part, clean. Unfortunately, I wish I’d known beforehand about the temperature stipulations that came with the home. As a Florida resident, 76 degrees indoor temperature in the high heat of summer is just not cool enough. My family and I were not comfortable and felt hot while trying to sleep at night. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to alter the thermostat due to the rules stated and fees we could have incurred. We were also asked to replace items used - these we were u sure about as the house didn’t supply many toiletries or supplies upon us arriving. I was glad to have brought plenty of soap for us as none was provided. The only toilet paper and paper towels provided were the ones on the actual dispenser so I am a bit confused as to why these are listed as amenities. My son, an avid video game player, could not find appropriate cables to connect the PS3 to the tv. There was also no way to connect the controllers, so playing wouldn’t have been possible. The house comes with a steep cleaning fee so I was unpleasantly surprised when my son found a used dental flosser in the bedroom he staying in and my daughter found food (popcorn) between the sofa cushions. Some of the towels were frayed and had blue dye on them. I can say I am truly glad we weren’t staying on a trash collection day and didn’t have to roll out the bins on our vacation (another house rule). Overall, this isn’t someplace I’d be staying again or recommend. ##### Mayra E. My wife and I, and our two adult sons booked here for 6 days .. Wonderful home to stay ,with comfortable beds, and a great pool ! The location is ideal for those going to Disney(buy tickets weeks in advance) The neighborhood is quiet and off the main drag , but just minutes away from parks , supermarket, and plenty of restaurants! The only thing to critique is the screen surrounding the pool had some tears and is in need of repairing but we had no issues with any critters regardless. when I contacted the owner about the screen, they quickly replied explaining that is was already scheduled to be done after we leave .
