Disappointed

The house was not clean(rugs need to be shampooed), the mattresses all need to be replaced and we’re VERY uncomfortable, there were not enough towels or washcloths in the house (Master bath didn’t have any washcloths) and I did not receive check in information until the morning of our arrival.

Nice house, plenty of room

Great house with plenty of room for everyone! Game room in the garage, pool and hot tub at the back of the house with patio and sitting areas. I have given the review a 2 star for the reasoning of we paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated. We had to call everyday, had maintenance there 3 times, and finally the 4th day of our 7 day visit we had heat. The filter was clogged from the pool cover that is falling apart. Pool guy came and he said he told the owner 2 weeks prior that the cover needed replaced but had yet to do it. We asked for a refund for the days we paid for the heat that it wasn’t working, they said they would get back with me, and I haven’t heard anything from them. Our daughters were there for their college softball spring training. After a day of playing games back to back they wanted to come relax their muscles in the hot tub but unfortunately couldn’t until the end of our stay.
