Be among the first to stay in this contemporary vacation rental with pristine finishes & amenities. No need to wait in line to shower here; each of the 5 bedrooms has its own attached bath. After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Resort, which features a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, playground, and a sleek Clubhouse. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. Guest Interaction Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Summerville Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning. The house is in a great location. Easy check-in process. Home is beautiful in pictures and the decor is simple but good taste. Unfortunately our disappointment was with the cleanliness of the house.other then the linens and toilets being cleaned the rest of the house was literally full of dust and essentially the house needs to be maintained better. Its more than wear and tear ...it needs overall maintenance. Lot of dust on the bed headboards. As i said l, great location great home with lots of potential. As mentioned in the description, the area is 15 minutes away from all Disney Parks. I do not know about the water park because I did not visit. A couple of things that I did not like: - The instructions specify trash timings but no trash can was at the door. It was not resolved after talking to the management. Location is perfect for visiting Disney and Universal studios. Clean, spacious, relaxing and conveniently located. Check-in and check-out was easy, as well as parking for multiple vehicle was never an issue. Only issues were 192 was always backed up and took a long time to get to the place and the Walmart was always incredibly packed. Beds were amazing. Needed a few more supplies and the dryer took forever to dry but we had a great time. ##### Kasey M. Some minor issues but coming out of the holidays with little down time to fix them… this place will definitely be a return when we go back.. the theme of each room is so cute. So nice to have 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom - great for our large family. Kitchen was equipped with enough dishes/silverware and cookware. Dishwasher did not operate properly, so we washed dishes and let the property manager know when we checked out. Close to the parks - great location! ##### Cynthia S. Everybody had their own space where you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. The unit we stayed in was nice, but definitely showed signs of wear. Nothing that impacted our stay or anything, just minor things like fresh paint and carpet. Otherwise, the property was easy to find and was close to everything we planned to do at Disney. She should have spent more time cleaning. Example why wold the bed covers had some sort of brown on it, the place was dusty and other but for the house itself. Beautifull. Stayed 6 nights in Mar 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### John L. 6 Sept 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice for extended stay with lots of space and good location Spent the summer (nearly 2 months) in nice, centrally located rental that was close to grocery store (Walmart) and Disney theme parks. Was able to travel easily to both the gulf and atlantic beaches for day trips as well as several trips to Legoland for our smaller kids. Could have used a few more coffee mugs and the glasses were not very durable (don't put them in the sink, put them directly in the dishwasher). Had some problems with the washing machine but was resolved in a couple of days. Didn't have a barbeque or hot tub, unlike some of the other units in Summerville Resorts. Daily trash pickup was nice. Better not be afraid of lizards or frogs since they are frequently waiting outside the front door and trying to sneak in ;-). ##### John L. However, the unit is generally run down and dirty. The faucet in the master bath was broken, the switch on one of the bedside lamps in the master was broken off rendering the lamp insurance, the cabinets in the kitchen were broken and some would not close, the carpet was stained and overall dirty. We reported all of this to the management company upon arrival. When we arrived, the previous visitors trash was strewn about the front door, and we stepped over chicken bones and other debris to enter the property. We immediately contacted the management company who assured us it would be cleaned up immediately. It never was and several hours later when we returned from dinner we cleaned up the mess ourselves.
