\- It takes up to 24-48 hours for the water to be heated. The request MUST be placed at least 3 days prior to arrival.

\- It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.  
  
★ BBQ GRILL RULES ★  
  
The house offers a fixed BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Please see below the usage rules and information:  
  
\- Usage fee: $100/stay.  
\- Brand: Char-broil Performance Series - 5-Burner Gas Grill  
\- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation  
\- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied  
\- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)
