We want you to enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind. To help protect both you and the property, you can choose one of the following options:



Damage Waiver — Optional

A small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — so you can relax without worrying about small accidents.



Security Deposit — Refundable

A refundable deposit returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days depending on your bank or card provider.

🧴 Starter Supplies

To make your arrival smooth, we provide: 1 dish sponge, 1 sealed pack of dishwasher detergent pods, 1 bottle of liquid dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 sealed box of 10 trash bags, 1 small soap + shampoo/conditioner set per bathroom, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 bottle of liquid laundry detergent, plus 1 washcloth per guest available upon request. For longer stays, we recommend a supermarket run to restock.



📷 Security & Noise Monitoring

This property has exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house for outdoor monitoring only — no indoor cameras. A noise monitoring sensor inside the home ensures compliance with community quiet hours; sound levels only, no audio recorded.



📌 House Rules

🚭 No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine + odor removal costs

💧 Pool Care — $1,500 fine if violated

🗑️ Trash & Recycling — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored

🎉 No Parties or Events — $1,500 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund

🚘 Getting Around & Parking

Community has a security gate — all drivers must be registered before check-in. Overflow parking is not permitted. Prohibited vehicles: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial or construction vehicles.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
