(3155PP) \== ABOUT THE PROPERTY == Welcome to this amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Storey Lake Resort. Comfortably accommodating 8 people, the open floor provides much needed space for any vacation. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities and is ready for quick meals or elaborate dinner parties. Modern and stylish granite counter tops and wood cabinets are a plus. The dining room has a casual dining area for 6 plus a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Walk through the sliding glass doors off of the living room to the private pool, completely screened in with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks. First Floor: queen bedroom and a full hallway bathroom Second Floor: king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom with 2 twin beds, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full hallway bathroom We've got you covered with high speed Wi-Fi. We also provide a pack n play and high chair for your use free of charge. In house washer and dryer add to the convenience of this townhouse. \== RENTAL POLICIES == \- No smoking (min $250 fine) \- No pets allowed (min $250 fine) \- No events, parties or large gatherings \- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors \- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal) \- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter) POOL HEATING: we do charge a nightly fee of $30 to HEAT the pool. You are free to use but to heat it, it is an additional amenity. This must be requested 3 DAY PRIOR to your check in date, we do need ample time to heat it for your stay. It takes a full 24-48 hours to reach its ideal temperature. Grill: We do charge a one time fee of $50 to clean the grill after your usage. We are not responsible for the propane tank and must be refilled if empty. EARLY CHECK IN/ OUT: Not guaranteed but feel free to inquire about it. It is an additional fee depending on the time. We can only confirm a day or two prior to your check in. Thank you for your cooperation. Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs, laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest. IMPORTANT: we do not supply wash cloths since Covid. Also we do provide the BASIC necessities and do not supply for your entire stay things such as paper towel, tide pods, etc. Our guests have access to the entire property and it's amenities ACCESS: We ask the drivers’ names to add to the gate system. Additionally, the resort is implementing a new procedure at the gate. We need the guest's cellphone number so we can send a QR code via text message, which allows to skip the line and access the resort without having to stop at the guarded gate. NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay. NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property. MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY. CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee applied to all bookings. Reservations exceeding one month will require a deep cleaning charge. Property manager was a quick response and resolved any situation we had. Just bring along more towels as we found there wasn't enough for 5 women. It was great to walk over to the pool area and spend the day at no cost. Lazy river was our favourite thing to do. It was close to walmart and a lot of other shopping so we found that very conveinient. We would go back there and stay again. I went with friends but a great area for families with kids. The property itself is spacious and clean with all the amenities you’d need to be able to self cater. The hosting company were very efficient with communication and super helpful before, during and after our stay. The interior is a little older but perfectly fine and functional and is fairly reflected in the price in comparison to other properties in the storey lake resort. There’s plenty of outdoor furniture and the pool heating was amazing (although an additional charge) but totally worth it. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we were to come back. ##### Morgan V. Outside of that this particular unit wasn’t up to our standards of cleanliness. It could use a new paint job.. walls all scuffed up from luggage. Some lights weren’t working, the bedding has out lived its life.. and the carpet.. definitely time to replace. We were also disappointed with the towels.. there were a handful of bath towels but NO hand towels or dish towels.. We had to use the beach towels to dry dishes. Lacking some needed things.. like ovenmits.. had to use the beach towel to grab things out of the oven. We would definitely stay in this area again but would be sure to choose a different unit. ##### Craig N. The house was very nice, I do wish the master bedroom suite had been on the main level but overall good layout. Kitchen/Living area was nice. The resort pool area was great but we had to drive from our house... too far to walk. Some nice bass in the lake. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Had a couple of questions and rental co. responded promptly. Would stay again. 20-25 minutes to Universal. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice size, kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the private pool but really enjoyed the community pool. I would suggest adding TV's to 2 of the 4 bedrooms, stocking the bathrooms with washcloths and adding a ceiling fan in the outdoor covered living space. We would consider staying in this townhouse again in the future. ##### William S. It did not take us long to get anywhere from our location. For the most part, the property was clean. The swimming area was great! There was so much for my family to do there. Wasn't able to get the TV in the living room to work. Also no pot holders when used the oven. Small things but could make big difference. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again. This is a great location and only 15 minutes from Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. About 20 minutes from Magic kingdom. Some of the furnishings are a bit different than those in the listing photos but that’s to be expected with a probable high turn over for a rental. The walls were scuffed but overall it was clean and well set up. The washing machine did not spin and I notified the company. ##### Lea Ann F. We have gotten away from staying at hotels. The place has plenty of room. I would suggest offering more shampoo and conditioner, and lotions. Also, kitchen soap and cleaner would be ideal. The community pool is great! If you don’t like crowds, get there right at 9:00\. It can get very busy. The private pool is ideal. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t heated as requested. Not enough toiletries-only one half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom!, one small roll of paper towels, one small bar of soap, no hand towels or kitchen towels nor pot holders. Air conditioning could be better especially for top floor. We had family of 6 4 adults 2 kids. There was enough room for everyone. The kitchen was equip with all we needed. We had to call the maintenance because the pool screen was torn. Even though Universal was only 14 miles away, this location is 30 minute drive from Universal. There was no face towels. We had to purchase our own and no extras such as tissue. We purchased our own.
