A small, one-time, non-refundable fee that covers minor accidental damage during your stay — so you can relax without worrying about small accidents.



Security Deposit — Refundable

A refundable deposit returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days depending on your bank or card provider.

🚬 No indoor smoking — $2,500 fine + odor removal costs

🏊 Keep pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated

🗑️ Use designated trash bins — $1,000 fee if ignored

🎉 No parties or events — $1,500 fine, immediate eviction, no refund

🚗 Parking & Access



Gated community — all drivers must be registered before check-in.

No overflow parking permitted.

🚫 Not allowed: boats, trailers, RVs, campers or commercial vehicles.



🔐 Security & Smart Monitoring



Doorbell camera at the front entrance, driveway and side of the house — exterior only. No indoor cameras.

Indoor noise sensor to ensure compliance with community quiet hours. No audio recorded.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.

Gated community with a security guard at the entrance — all drivers must be registered by name before check-in.

All vehicles must fit within the designated parking areas. No overflow parking permitted.
