Plenty of room. The only thing I would complain about is the front gate was not functioning and had a sign on it to call to be let in and there were a few times we pushed the button, and they would not answer so we had to drive all the way around to the other entrance to get in. There would build up a line of cars trying to do U-turns or speed in as someone was leaving through the exit gate. But the house was spacious and very nice. We didn't have any young kids with us, but there was a playground right across the street from the place. If we did it would have been nice. Beds were comfy. Owner was very responsive to concerns and even sent a new can opener when I said theirs was broken My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the owner or this home) was that the QR code NEVER worked at the gate. I chose this home based on proximity to Disney parks, property amenities, and themed rooms. The parks were each about 15 minutes away, and we still felt as if we were "in the magic" with the themed rooms and clubhouse pool, lazy river, etc. I paid for pool heat, and it was amazing. My whole family was very impressed with this home, and it was exactly as advertised. The location was great - across the street from the playground, a short walk from the clubhouse amenities, and an end unit (quiet, close to the parking lot, lots of windows). Communication with the management company was fantastic. We didn't have any problems and did not need to contact the company during our stay, but I had several questions beforehand, which were answered quickly and satisfactorily. During our stay, I even received an email inviting me to contact the company with any problems or issues. I recommend this property and will stay here again. ##### Pamela B. The vibe was more hotel than home. The environment was not warm and cozy. It was a little sterile and quite a bit worn. No little extras (ie coffee or tea etc.) No welcome book. Lots of rules pasted to the inside of the front door and listed in the many emails. The beds were uncomfortable. There was back mold in shower of the second king bathroom. On the plus side. Quick response to any concerns. Multiple small appliances for hot beverages and has a blender. Filtered water in fridge with in fridge ice dispensing. Great WiFi and multiple tvs.large family dining table and eating bar in kitchen can accommodate 12\. Cons: carpet very worn on second floor and stairs and should be cleaned or replaced. Kitchen pots and pans peeling non stick surfaces. Gas grill needs a new ignition. One chair on patio with a broken leg. QR codes for entry sometimes finicky.. Management has been made aware and improvements we suggested are to be addressed. We had a comfortable convenient stay and would stay again ##### Sally K. The townhome is in close proximity to Disney, Universal, Grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, and the pool was clean. Security was nice, although it defeats the purpose when the back gate was always open. We had an issue with the AC not working the first night we were there and property owner and Magic Vaca promptly got it working for us. Great pizza delivery near the town house was nicely suggested by the security guard. We had plenty of towels, but there were no wash cloths? Not sure if that was a mishap, but it didn't bother us since Walmart was close by. We did go to club house, pool was nice and my children enjoyed the slides and lazy river. All in all, we had a great stay, management was professional and prompt, it was quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. I gave this townhome a 5 out of 5 because the little things like the AC not working does not deserve a down grade when they promptly took care of it and we had cool air the rest of our time there. I believe in giving rental properties a good review when they take care of issues and they definitely did during our stay. We will definitely use again. ##### melissa g.
