Be among the first to stay in this contemporary vacation rental with pristine finishes & amenities. No need to wait in line to shower here; each of the 4 bedrooms has its own attached bath. After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Resort, which features a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, playground, and a sleek Clubhouse. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. Drive just 5 to 8 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Resort. Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Super Walmart just two blocks away, and a Super Target within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio, facing the lush, green space of a nature preserve, and a second dining table inside that's open to the kitchen. After dinner, pile into the comfy living area for a movie on the SmartTV, take the kids for one more dip in the pool or let them burn off the last of the day's energy on the Resort playground before they crash in their Disney-themed bedroom. Guest Interaction Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Summerville Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning. Upon arriving we tried to enter the coded door with the combo given which was not correct. I called the number listed several times but got no answer until about 45 mins or so later which was a little annoying after a 14 hour drive in but the owner was very apologetic. Upon entering, the place looked as it did in photos and was clean. However there was what seemed to be a leaking ceiling (maybe from bathroom) Beds were very comfy, rooms were all a decent size with their own bathrooms which was nice. There were some craftsman issues I noticed with trim and tile work but didn’t affect our stay. The only issue we ran into in that regards was in the upstairs king size room where the bedroom and bathroom flooring meet. There needs to be some type of transition stripping as the tack strip from carpeting is exposed and my little guy stepped on it and hurt himself. We did have issues with the lower bedroom tv not working so we just switched out one of the other ones not being used in its place. There is also very minimal toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap etc.. so make sure to bring your own. The ice maker was either shut off or didn’t work so we just bought bags of ice.and right at the end we washed all the towels belonging to the unit and when we went to dry the dryer didn’t come on. All in all it was a decent stay. The older kids loved the pool and hot tub right out our front door. ##### melissa v.
