POOL HEATER INFORMATION: Our pool heater is 25 US dollars + tax per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your check in. The pool heater needs to stay on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days in a row. Please note: the spa only warms up if the pool heater is on (if applicable). The hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82° to 88° F (times and temperature may vary according to the time of the year). The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures. We recommend pool heating from September to May. We stayed here in April 2023 and the condo was great. Very clean and the splash pool was a hit for the kids! Easy to drive to all the main attractions in Orlando. The private pool was amazing (we paid for the heating to be turned on - Was a perfect temperature for december). The house was perfect! We loved the room decor - themed bedrooms and modern throughout. The pool was great for taking a dip and the kids loved it.
