3 Bedroom Townhome in Gated Community. Pet Friendly!

Our "Beckham Villa" is located in the gated Terra Verde Resort Community.
Located a 1 - 2 minute walk from the award winning clubhouse, this two-story villa features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths along with a private back patio and hot tub. The unit is fully furnished, complete with bed linens, towels and a full kitchen. Wi-Fi, cable and nationwide calling are included with your rental.

The community features a variety of amenities and features to enhance your experience such as:
- heated community pool with hot tub
- poolside Tiki Bar
- beach volleyball court
- tennis court
- catch and release fishing pond
- kids mini golf
- playground
- so much more!

We welcome dogs (under 25lbs) into our villa with a nonrefundable $100 pet fee, owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside of the unit.

The villa lay-out is a kitchen, laundry room, a large half bathroom, dining area and living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, guest room 1 has a queen size bed, and guest room 2 has two twin beds. Guest rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

The full kitchen has the standard appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher), pots and pans, and tableware (plates, bowls, cups, mugs etc.). The dining room seats up to 6 while the relaxing living room has a sofa with lounge style chairs.

An enclosed backyard makes for a private way to relax and to take your meals outside and enjoy the fantastic weather.

Basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) are provided to get you started (i.e., one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel).

Please note - there is a $20 gate card fee charged by Terra Verde when checking into the community.

Additional unit - if you are a larger group we have two other villas of the same lay out next door and are happy to offer you a bundled rate.

Great place to stay for a visit to the parks.

We had a great stay at this vacation home in Kissimmee. The location is excellent, conveniently situated close to everything, yet in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the Terra Verde resort is very pleasant with a relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Location

This rental was perfect for me and my mom for a couple days, the location was great for our activities in the area. The amenities of the apartment complex were also very nice. This space is pet friendly so my mom could bring her little cat with us, (a big reason why we choose it). Check-in process was also easy, the gate guard was helpful and so was the staff at the main building where I bought the car pass. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Great Family getaway

Everything was clean and we enjoyed being somewhat close to the attractions.its a quiet community. Our family of 5 adults and little pup, made ourselves at home.. We took a walk around the grounds and sat by the pond on our puppy walk.We would stay again!

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood.

This property is well taken care of, and had everything we needed. It is located in a great spot in the neighborhood, walking distance to the lovely amenities. My family an out dog enjoyed our stay at this home away from home.

Great location to all theme parks! Very clean property!

Everything from booking tilll the day we left was seamless. The property was very clean and in close proximity to all the theme parks. Excellent Disney Family Rental

We loved the ease of checkin, Sarah left us with a sweet welcome package. Sarah went above and beyond by offering to decorate the home with Christmas decor (We stayed the week of Christmas). The property was exactly as described in the listing and all amenities were in perfect shape and easily accessible. We would absolutely recommend, and would love to book again for our next Disney Vacation.

Great property

We stayed for 2 weeks. The property was clean & exactly as the pictures. The location was great, about 20 mins to Disney. The resort pool was closed for our first week but the host kindly offered us use of another private pool if we wanted. Perfect for what we needed for our family. Would definitely recommend and stay again (just need to convince my husband to book another trip!)

2 story townhouse was clean and tastefully furnished with all the amenities. We were all so comfortable including our two Chihuahuas:-). The hotub definitely came in handy as it is cold here nights this time of year.We didnt get to use the clubhouse amenities but they have everything as well.Sarah was AMAZING and came to my rescue when I had initial reouble booking. Overall rhe experience was wonderful

A beautiful stay at the Villa

Our spring break stay was fantastic at this Villa. The property is exceptionally inviting, extremely clean, and close to everything, including theme parks, grocery stores and restaurants. You couldn’t find a better property manager than Sarah! She is very approachable and is always quick to reply to any questions. The resort area itself is magnificent and offers everything that you could look forward to doing on either a vacation, spring break, or any outing. We will definitely be back.
