Relax in style with upgraded furnishings, a massive balcony with garden views, and a prime spot just steps from a heated pool. Guests consistently rate us 10/10\. Discounts available for early bird, last minute and long stays :-) Our modern & comfortable home is the perfect place to come home to after a busy day at nearby Disney. Located on the popular Bahama Bay Resort & Spa, our platinum standard PENTHOUSE apartment features a tropical inspired interior and, unlike the majority of three bed condos on the resort, a large, screened balcony overlooking manicured gardens and pool, perfect for alfresco dining! You won’t believe the size of the condo. The welcoming entrance hall leads through to the open plan kitchen/living area. Everything’s included in the kitchen, including an American fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, extractor fan, waste disposal, even a Keurig coffee machine and smoothie maker. The breakfast bar is perfect for more informal seating or choose the dining table with seating for 6\. The lounge area has two comfy sofas, flat screen HD TV and patio doors leading to the balcony. All 4 TVs in the condo feature Roku allowing you to access cable and streaming services. The master suite features king size bed, walk in wardrobe, flat screen tv and leads to a stunning en-suite with corner bath, large shower and double wash basins plus separate wc. Bedroom two has queen size bed and access to a further small balcony with a lovely seating area to take your morning coffee. The third bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, large wardrobes and access to the second bathroom with wc, corner bath, large shower and double sink. Accessed from the entrance hall, the laundry room has separate washer and dryer along with plenty of storage space for pool toys etc! The condo is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Both bathroom and pool towels are included. For those travelling with babies a pack and play crib (travel cot) and high chair are supplied free of charge. Our condo, located in block 3, is just a few minutes’ stroll from a heated pool with hot tub, plenty of sun loungers and surrounded by tropical gardens. The condo is located on the 3rd floor up two flights of stairs and isn't suitable for those in wheelchairs. Located on the banks of Lake Davenport, The Bahama Bay Resort is a tranquil escape from the busy theme parks. Take a morning walk around the smaller conservation lakes and spot ‘gators and tropical birds. The resort has four swimming pools, fantastic kids Splashpad, a lakeside beach, Caribbean style restaurant and bars, tennis/basketball/shuffleboard courts, gas BBQ grills, available to book free of charge, play area & the Cenote Day Spa which offers a range of services. The resort is gated with 24/7 security. \*Please note guests at our condo are not able to use the resort gym but can utilise the tennis/basketball/shuffle board courts. There are also running tracks around the resort's lakes. \*24/7 assistance from our Manager available to all guests. \*To maintain the quality of our condo for you and future guests, a security deposit is payable on booking through VRBO. Third time we have stayed at Bahama Bay and this was the best of the 3 properties we have stayed in. It is so spacious inside as well as the outdoor balcony space. Joanna was excellent to deal with and allowed us entry early on our first day and a later check out especially as we were aware of a flight delay. So good not having to remember room card to swipe in and out due to it being an entry code. Property manager also very good who assisted when a window blind would not work. We normally stay in a bill but this year as it was just 2 off us and we weren’t disappointed. The apartment is nice and big and well equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t fault it. The bonus for us was the heated pool and proper hot water hot tub just outside our block. Also on site is a club house that serves drink and food. The grounds are very well maintained and there are several walks you can do to see Gators. Raccoons. Turtles and lots of bird species. We sat by the pool and watched 4 woodpeckers pecking away for ages. Great communication with the owners. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommend. Thank you. ##### Andy W. About 25-30 minutes to and from Disney. Beds were comfy, shower was hot, balcony was a nice addition, short walk to pool, full kitchen was great. ##### Alan B. It was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 6\. We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with owner was great and staff at resort were extremely helpful. Facilities on site were fantastic with plenty to keep you occupied if you wanted a relax day from the hustle of the parks ##### karen w. The many pools were really fun and perfect for relaxing after hot days at Disney World. The location was great, it was about 20 minutes to drive to Disney World which meant we didn't spend much time in the car, but were far enough away so that we could still escape the crowds. The staff at Bahama Bay were really friendly and the Owner was excellent to interact with. We definitely plan to return! ##### Dylan T. I was there for a golf week with my friends, and when they flew home my wife joined me for a more traditional week in the sun. The apartment had everything we could need , the pool areas were all of a good size , and overall was superbly situated for all the attractions, restaurants and golf courses . The pictures are accurate. The size was very spacious for our family. Secure and clean area. The Master bedroom was huge and the bathroom oversized. The pool was nice. The location was great, the resort was clean, well laid out and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Pools were clean and well kept, and hot tubs actually hot. The room itself was actually nicer than the pictures! There wasn't a single thing out of place and everything worked as expected. We will absolutely go back in the future. ##### Benjamin M.
