Trip to Davenport

Everything was just great, the place was clean and very comfortable, and my wife and aunt loved the apt. We had everything we needed it was a great stay and looking forward to a "Come Back" The only issue we had, and it was not with the apartment because it was affecting everybody who was staying in the place, the gate code did not function for most of the people, thank god the gate was open from 5am to 9pm.. But that did not affect our stay, we loved the place.

Condo at 1361 Tuscana

We are very happy with our accommodations. The condo is very clean and meets our needs. The surrounding area is nice and we have enjoyed the fitness center and pool. I had to contact the maintenance department in regards to outlets that were not working in our bathrooms, and it was taken care of the next day. Thank you so much. Nancy Showerman

Perfect for a family vacation

We are so pleased with our decision to stay here for a short trip to Florida. The condo was exactly like the pictures. There were plenty of dishes and the towels that you would need away from home. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool looked great but it was always packed so we were unable to use it this time. Having restaurants and a shopping plaza close by were huge bonuses. My only suggestion for future guests is to plan for traffic leaving the area and on the highway. I realize this have nothing to do with the property but it is helpful information when coming to the area.

Arrived at property and the front door was broken. The maintaence man said that they would repair next day and advised us to use duct tape tape to secure the front door of the unit. The place was filthy. Of course we we did not stay. Had to get a hotel. Contacted the owner and no response. Reproted this to VERB and they said they would get back to us. We lost 1200 dollars on this. Verbo nor the owners never got back to us. If you want to lose your hard earned money . . .this is a great place to stay.

Not As Expected

It took me an hour to get the correct door code. Property manager (5 days later) has still yet responded to my calls, texts, messages through the VRBO app. My door code was incorrect on the email. Had to contact VRBO and email itrip with my concerns and wait. The gated entrance was never secured. We had very rude disturbing people living above us. Sounded like they were stomping so hard to come through the ceiling. Banging on doors from above at 3am for over an hour, waking my kiddos. No security on site to call. Internet was awful. TVs in condo would not connect for longer than 20 minutes before cutting out. Rebooted all TVs and routers as explained to do in the email received. On a positive note, the property was clean, pool was kid friendly, and the condo was as expected. No warm people should take this condo as you cannot move the thermostat below 72. I live in a northern state and never have it above 68-70 degrees so it was like we were hot all day/night long. Would not recommend for a family with little kids.

Amazing place to stay!

Dans place was so clean, cozy and comfy it will make you feel right at home! The home had all the cooking supplies you needed, extra blankets for the cold nights approaching us and more ! I’d definitely stay here again and/or recommend this to my family and friends ! Thank you Dan !

Tuscana at Champions Gate

This property at the Tuscana Resort at Champions Gate was well kept, and in a great location situated across the street from the Pool/Gym, etc. The property was clean, and equipped with Amenities we needed for the week. The Champions Gate area has expanded greatly in the past few years which made dining, grocery shopping, etc extremely convenient. We would definitely recommend the Champions Gate area, and Tuscana Resort, and will return in the future.

Condo could of been cleaner.

The rugs were not clean. I cleaned some of the spots myself. The master bedroom shower stall had some mold. I bought some mold remover. baking soda and a toothbrush to remove it. There is also a small hole in the patio screen. I had to remove a couple of salamanders at a couple different times. My wife quit using it. The DVD player was without an HDMI cord. I was able to borrow one from the resort. On the positive side, the 1st floor unit is close to the pool. The unit had a generous supply of towels. The appliances were in good shape.

Tuscana resort review!

Thanks so much for the wonderful place to stay! We love our condo...except for the heavy footed people who live upstairs...lol We’re a little disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed down...our favourite place to eat and drink and not have to drive! We will definitely be back next year!
