The Space: This incredible four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is the epitome of luxurious living! With lightning-fast Wi-Fi, you'll never have to worry about slow internet speeds. The jewel in the crown of this resort is undoubtedly the spectacular clubhouse. With a resort-style pool that's perfect for families who want to spend a day having fun in the sun, you'll never be bored. The master suite features a regal king-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a shared bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a full-sized bed and a twin-size bed and share a bathroom. You'll receive 10 towels, and there's a fully equipped laundry room available for your use. As a gesture of our appreciation, we provide a welcome Kit with some basic essentials to all our guests. Please note that it's your responsibility to replace any additional essentials needed. Conveniently located just six minutes from Walmart, 13 minutes from Disney, 14 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 24 minutes from Universal, this townhouse is the perfect base for your vacation. Please note that the pool heater is available at an extra cost. If you'd like to add it to your stay, make sure to let us know 48 hours before your reservation. Other Things to Note: BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled. BEFORE CHECKING IN: Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival.
