This condo is conveniently on the 1st floor and is located in Vista Cay Resort! The unit is fully furnished and fully equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies you would need while on vacation. ONLY 2 miles to I-Drive with restaurants, the Orange County Convention Center, Sea World, Universal Studios and Outlets right down the street.

Volleyball tournament

My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center. This was a great location for that event. The condo at Vista Cay was everything we needed. The only issue was the bed- the bed in the primary room was

Great Complex

Unit was great. It had everything we needed I just would have loved for the bed to have a mattress pad but that is such a small thing. Unit was so bright a spacious it was the perfect fit for all three generations.

Property was great location for a conference at the occc. Communication with the host was always helpful and prompt. Our only fault with the apartment was the state of the carpets but maybe that is to be expected. Tiles throughout would have made our stay perfect

Spring break trip with two teenagers to Universal Studios. Property in fantastic location if you are not staying at the resort. Easy access from the highway. Convenient location to grocery store and food options. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for occc volleyball tourney

Location was perfect, 2 min drive to the convention center. Overall our stay was great. A couple slight hiccups was that ice machine did not work, no dish towels for kitchen, no garbage can in master bath and need more than 6 bathing towels for a Family Of 6.

Great family condo!

We had a fantastic stay at this Vista Cay condo. It was clean and the property amenities are wonderful - amazing pool! The only negative was that the front door banged loudly every time someone went out the main building doors. It sounded like someone was trying to get in. If that door can get fixed, this is literally the perfect vacation stay!

Just what we needed.

Location to the convention center was perfect. Walk to the pool was short and safe. Keyless entry was very convenient. Spacious condo and master bathroom was great. Only thing that could be changed were the carpets and couches due to staining.

Nice place with lots of space

For the most part, this place was very nice. Very spacious for our family of 5 with plenty of sleeping space and privacy for our teen. Clean and convenient to Universal which was the purpose of our trip. The only thing we didn’t care for was that there were no mattress protectors or covers on the mattresses which is a personal preference for us. Also, we knew there was a coffee maker but we didn’t know we needed to bring our own coffee filters and we ended up needing way more paper products for our family than what was provided. Other than those very minor things we really enjoyed our stay!

Nice property. Carpets had some small stains, and showers could use a redo, but they were fine, and the ice machine on the refrigerator door was coming off the door. We never used the ice machine, so not sure if it worked. Great location and plenty of space.

Stayed at this property with 2 friends while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Unfortunately, we were in the West Concourse so it wasn’t as convenient as I’d hoped. But still worked out well. Exactly as described. Any issues/concerns addressed quickly. Easy checking/check out.

Perfect 3 bedroom

The property was great. My parents, wife and me, as well as 2 young kids stayed at the property. The hosts were very communicative via text message and phone calls. We actually asked to check in a day early and they were able to accommodate our request on short notice. The property was very well maintained and was situated close to both SeaWorld and universal studios. There was also a pool and arcade for the kids to play at while the adults enjoyed some poolside beverages. The place itself had plenty of space for our family and was very comfortable to come back to at the end of each day. Thank you so much to our great hosts.

Great location !!

Great location, convenient to all attractions and amenities. The pool was nice and clean. Overall experience was excellent. Would have liked to have had better communication when we had no working tvs and internet our first day, one tv ended up never turning on and the property manager never responded back. We survived it was vacation, and I’m glad that was our only negative. I would have also liked to have wash cloths and dish towels. It was hard cleaning up the kitchen with a one inch sponge.
