Resort Maintenance Update – Solterra Resort
Please note that the resort will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during your stay. The Lazy River at Solterra Resort will be closed for approximately 6 weeks starting September 7th, 2026. Additionally, the main resort pool is expected to be closed for approximately 9 weeks beginning in September. We understand how important these amenities are and appreciate your understanding as the resort completes these improvements. All other amenities are expected to remain open and available during this time.

Wonderful Time!
We had a wonderful time at this house! Neighborhood was beautiful, house was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and spa. Hosts were very easy to reach and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Perfect Stay
The accommodation, service, staff and location could not be faulted. The villa was huge, so much bigger than the pictures (we had a lounge we didn't know what to do with). There was a surprise games room in the garage which kept us entertained on rest days. Plus the club house was a short 5 minute walk and had so many facilities it was perfect to spend a few hours enjoying the atmosphere.

Loved our stay! The home had everything we needed, with comfy beds and a fully stocked setup. The pool deck was sunny all day, and the lanai gave us the perfect shady break. So close to Disney—made our trip easy and fun

A beautiful and very spacious villa with a lovely private pool A great living space for a large group, all rooms have ensuite facilities. Lovely space inside and out for family time Great location only a few minutes' walk from the onsite community pool and club. Within 30 minutes of all the major Disney and Universal parks and local shops and restaurants were no more than a 5-minute drive away Overall an excelletn villa in a great location

The house was great, but the community pool was overcrowded.
The house and private pool were perfect. I just don’t think I’d stay at Solterra again. Too many people for the size of the community pool.

Needs Improving
Well we wasn't able to check in til 5pm on the day of arrival because they were still cleaning. In a couple of showers there was no where to put out soap and shampoo, had to set them on the floor. I actually went and bout a couple shower caddies to stick on the walls so we didn't have to bend over and get the soap and shampoo off the floors. There was parties on both side of us til late at night. Cars going up and down the road all hours of the night revving their engines. I think it's kind of ridiculous that you have to pay to get in the resorts pool after paying almost $3,000 for the week. This is the first resort I've stayed at the makes you pay to get in the resort pool, so needless to say we didn't go to the resort pool. The next day I was asked to give a 5 star on check in and I only gave a 3 star because we couldn't get in the house til 5pm and you guys didn't even acknowledge it

Loved it. Amazing Home
The home was amazing. The whole family loved it. Plenty of space for everyone - we were 3 families staying together and not once did we feel on top of each other. Super clean. The pool is south facing so we got the sun all day. The resort had excellent facilities - the pool and lazy river were a massive hit for our kids. The Ellis team were brilliant to work with and we can only thank them for the food pack - this was a big plus. We best start saving for the next holiday

Just as described, everything was clean and ready to enjoy. We liked that every bedroom has a private bath. The pool and spa was nice. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies in kitchen. Had a couple issues but they was very quick to respond and try to fix the issues. Very helpful and definitely great customer care. Would definitely stay with this company again.

We were a little unsure about trying a different home this time, but it ended up being one of our favourite stays yet. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had the same thoughtful little touches we love, including the welcome goodies. The community was new to us, but we really enjoyed it and would happily stay there again. Thank you to the team for suggesting such a great option — we are already thinking about next year's trip!

Nuestra estadía fue excelente desde el primer momento. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre estuvo disponible para responder cualquier duda. La comunicación fue clara y rápida. El alojamiento estaba impecable, tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). La limpieza fue sobresaliente, y todos los espacios eran cómodos y bien equipados. La cama era muy cómoda, y el wifi funcionó sin problemas durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también fue perfecta: segura, tranquila y cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y transporte público. Además, nos dejaron algunos detalles de bienvenida que hicieron la experiencia aún más especial. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!
