  • Awarded 2022 Host of the Week by HostHub. The Home Style is the Key West Model. You are renting the Main House with a private pool. Also a detached Suite above the Movie Theater and Game Room. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Our home offers a cool and refreshing ceramic tiled open floor plan living/dining/kitchen area that is bathed in natural light from the large window and French doors that overlook and open to the private pool with sun deck. There is one MASTER BEDROOM SUITE conveniently located DOWNSTAIRS as well as a SECOND MASTER SUITE upstairs making this home ideal for two families or multi-generational families. For those that require a little more privacy, a completely detached suite with en-suite bathroom is for your taking. We also have a desk setup with wifi if you need to get in a few hours of work. Two additional bedrooms with "Jack and Jill” bath round out the very comfortable accommodations. There is ample parking in front of the home, and also parking for 2 cars in the driveway as this is a Gated Community. Please be sure to have your booking information printed out and have your identification available for the Guard.

    Please put out trash in the Garbage Can for pick up located next to the Garage If checking out Monday, Thursday and Friday. Recycling is Friday's.
    Bring the trash bin inside the morning of pick up to avoid a $1000 fine by the community. Also, Please empty the fridge.
    Heated Pool is extra and should not exceed 95 degrees. The pool is serviced with this temperature setting. Ph level will go out of wack if any hotter.

    My family had a great time here. We needed a space that had enough room for 3 adult couples and 6 kids and this house delivered. Perfect pool for kids who love to swim but don’t need 8 feet as most of our kids in our group aren’t the strongest swimmers. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked. WiFi was excellent and the house stayed cool even on days in the high 90s. We had a great time, thank you

    The home was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The children were disappointed that the game room was not fully functioning and that there were not more games on the gaming systems but they thoroughly enjoyed the pool, communication with the host regarding concerns was always prompt and courteous. The development was very beautiful and well maintained. Overall a very good stay!

    Absolutely fabulous! Host was quick to answer any question I had. Home was pristine and pool was great. Six of us stayed here and we all loved it. One of our guests said it couldnt have been more perfect. Quiet area in gated community. Would stay here again.

    Pool was good..kitchen was great .. very clean and roomy.. overall the beds could use new mattresses, very lumpy and sunk in.. but the furniture in the front room was very comfortable and the kitchen table was nice and big. We did enjoy it other than the beds I would highly recommend it!

    We really liked the way you decorated the place. :)The game room space needs attention. The fooseball table is not assembled properly. The projector said the bulb needed replacement. Also, the directions weren't clear enough for us to get to a place where we could watch a movie on it. Also the jack and Jill bathroom needs towel racks.

    My family and I stayed at this property for a week to visit the Disney parks. We had previously stayed at a condo at Reunion and wanted to try a house this time. The property was as listed, clean, comfortable and more than ample room for the three of us (honestly, it was well more than we needed but we can easily see staying here with additional family in the future). We would happily book again in the future.

    No regrets at all with this rental!! Communication is great with host Shawn. Great recommendation for places to eat and the beds are so comfortable!!!! Everyone has their own space and the pool was amazing! The Reunion community has everything you might need and you really not in need of going anywhere! Super close to Universal Studios and Disney! Thirty to forty minutes in good traffic! Loved the place so much I didn’t want to leave!! Thank you for letting us stay and the you should not hesitate to rent this beautiful home!! Movie theater is amazing and the room on top of the theater is great as well!!

    We had a great stay at Reunion, close to all the tourist attractions, but a nice quiet property on a great resort. The property was as described and clean. Would recommend to others as well.
