Two bedroom suite was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the Orange County Convention Center for our conference. Beds do need upgraded as they seemed a little older and uncomfortable.

6 ladies enjoyed a stay at this Villa for a quick weekend trip. The resort is huge, near great theme park locations, and the room was exceptionally clean. Contacts were also very quick to respond via text message when we had questions about the check out process. Would stay again!

Easy to reserve, decent communication. I wish the listing was more clear that the waterpark admission is a separate cost. But overall the resort was great and lots of pools available to use without additional cost.

Westgate Lakes was great. Beautiful, extremely clean, lots of space, excellent communication with texting. The only thing that we counted off was that registration took an hour, but the people behind the front desk were lovely. It was just crazy crowded. We would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our trip/ our room so much! It's in a great location close to the pool and water park. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would suggest is getting oven mittens along with pans we went to cook something and there were none. Other than that it was great!! Can't wait to come back ☺️

Good Value Very Nice Staff

I have almost only great things to say about our stay here. The check in was very easy, the staff was always very friendly, everywhere from check in to being guided to our room, to being greeted quickly whenever we walked into any building or the main lobby someone always said hello, asked to help and helped with everything quickly. I needed help with a TV remote and got it very quickly, and the amenities everywhere were clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the windows of the room themselves, they were older/had a couple broken pieces and the highway noise from cars/outside noise was pretty noticeable because of this. Also if you're someone who is a light sleeper, the window blinds/windows don't darken the rooms very well, so a minor suggestion is an upgrade to windows/curtains so the sleeping was better with respect to light and sound. Overall the price/amenties was really good and we felt like we got a really good deal. The resort had tons of really nice amenities, the pool, stores, activities were all nice/clean family friendly. This is a great family resort.
