The space allowed for eating and spending quality time together. I recommend pool heat as the weather quickly changed. The water park was lovely except the kids splash pad is not heated. The mini-golf course was a big hit! There is a bit of a drive to the parks especially during peak times. The home is in need of some paint touch up and the pool furniture is older and somewhat musty/moldy. The walls and floors could have been cleaner. There was pieces of glass in the lawn and on the pool deck. The neighborhood was very noisy in the weekends but quieter midweek. We were assessed additional fees for garbage and dirty towels by the cleaning services which we feel was inappropriate so take notice of all rules/information. There was also a fire inspection during our vacation week which was inconvenient but we were given notice of a four day window time frame which felt somewhat like it cut into our time but I supposed could not have been avoided.
