Overall a great hotel. We were on the 5th floor which is the top floor even with AC on it was alittle warm but ok. Very nice staff, great breakfast every day and would definitely stay there again. Thank you

The hotel is fine but I didn’t realize it was pet friendly and my husband has allergies. Also, I guess I didn’t read the fine print because I was not aware of the $10 per night parking fee (seems ridiculous as this hotel isn’t near any tourist attractions). It is close to our son which is why we chose it. Staff is nice and our room is clean. They even checked to see if a pet had been in the room recently and I appreciated that.

Clean and comfortable. Charged $10 for parking and then gave us a paper that said parking might not be safe. Police reported break ins occurring in the area. We had no issues though.

Loved the rooms. We had a mini kitchen which was great. Great bathrooms, awesome vanity lighting. Comfy beds. My kids and I had a very nice stay. Included breakfast was yummy with tons of options.
Great coffee, too....(which is a big plus for me)

I don’t usually complain about a hotel. I think if you take some time to address a few things it would greatly improve anyone’s stay. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower head needs to be replaced. It would be good to make sure there is enough coffee and creamer for a couple of cups. The breakfast was just edible enough but not above that. The dinning area was dirty and full of stains. Not sure if it’s the clientele you’re catering to or just the area. I expected it to be nicer than it was. Especially since it cost about $50 more a night than another place I was looking at. Wouldn’t stay again.

Booked a king, got two doubles even though there were 8 available when i booked. Staff was rude about it. Pull out couch bed had springs popping out of it. Room was dingy and there was hair in the wet areas. Handy dandy little piece of paper letting you know how unsafe the area is in the welcome packet would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Had to use expedia because the Hilton app was broken so no points for stay.

The rooms were spacious, perfectly met my needs. The front desk at check-in was friendly, and very professional. Satisfied and felt comfortable with the cleanliness, especially when I saw housekeeping sanitizing the elevator buttons and handles, knowing many individuals utilize them often throughout the day.

I usually look at guest reviews when booking and this 9.2 rating was quite incorrect and misleading.Max is 6/10 and I have been to quite a few Orlando hotels. Choose another location. This is out of the way and not close to anything.. Furniture stained, dingy and dirty. Cracks in bathroom .wall... Suite is small so if travelling with kids and using the fold out couch there is barely any room to move around. Carpet soaked and flooded the day before we were due to leave so we had to move our bags and checked out early. Random charges post checkout on my credit card with no bill sent from the hotel and no explanation.There is a parking fee per night so that's not free. Breakfast not worth mentioning. Full stop. Tried to make the best of it but was terribly disappointed as my other Homewood suites experience elsewhere was good. Was duped by guest ratings so my humble honest suggestion just book elsewhere.

Great stay for our two week trip to Orlando. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to swim in and it's not heated. The location was great right beside the I4 highway. Room cleaning was done every other day and only when requested. Hotel was well taken care of and clean. Would stay again!

The person checking us in very unfriendly like she said the right things but it was like it was forced out. This location my family is comparing to the Orlando one on international dr. The carpets looked spot cleaned. The comforter had I think dirt stains, and bathroom the side top edge was dirty I cleaned before using. The breakfast was disgusting. The other location was very good more choices offered. No afternoon reception like other location that’s 20 minutes away!

Very nice stay, only complaint is the shower had zero water pressure. The size of the room was amazing.

I had reserved a room with a king bed, but got a room with 2 double beds. In addition, they tried to charge me $8.00 for a parking space. Fortunately I was able to get them to give that to me at no charge.
