My children and I stayed at this property last week while visiting Disney World and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Very friendy staff from the front desk to the restaurant. Absolutely delicious breakfast and dining options for the family. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was great and hot tub a bonus. If I had one thing I could say I wish would have been different was the hotels convenient store hours. It didn’t open until 11 each day with was to me a bit odd since the buses left for the park at that time and on some days it seemed to not open at all. Other than that it was an amazing experience and the price for what you got was even better. I will definitely be going back. I didn’t use their transportation but took an Uber due to wanting flexibility on when I could leave the hotel and they only offer transportation at one time going and coming but that was okay. An Uber to all parks except Magic Kingdom was less than 12 dollars and less than 25 to Magic Kingdom. Not bad at all considering their bus would have cost me 30 dollars each way.

This has been one of the best stays we've had traveling to Kissimmee and Orlando. Front staff, electrical engineers, and food prep staff were all friendly, professional, and pleasant. Will most definitely be coming back again soon!

Clean, smelled amazing from the moment you walk in! Breakfast was great. Pool was amazing. Only thing that was annoying was the fact that we had to pay each night for parking, I think it should’ve been included in the hotel rate.

We enjoyed our stay at this Embassy property It was really clean updated and the breakfast was very good. It was also not a far drive to Disney and Universal. There was also a Walmart not far from the hotel.
