Beautiful pond and surrounding area. The house and grounds were spotless and everything you needed was provided. We were there during hurricane Lee and lost power for 12 hours. The management team checked on us, brought us water and kept us informed about the power company. Wi-Fi was good except for power outage of course. This was the perfect place for our 2 week vacation stay. The location is perfect for day trip outings to the entire area. Highly recommend this property. ##### joe m. Unfortunately, the front door DID NOT LOCK while we were staying at the property. When I raised it to the guest services team, it took a full day for someone local to follow up, a few more hours for them to come check on it for us after asking if we really needed them to, and the they admitted it was broken and did nothing to fix it, just told us no one around here ever gets broken into. There’s only so much you can relax on vacation when you’re worried about the safety and security of your loved ones and personal items. Also, beware that booking this property means booking with a huge property management company with its own app, customer service, etc which is honestly both very annoying and confusing. I had to add a night to this reservation and it took multiple support tickets and phone calls to do so because of the multiple layers of middle men. ##### Amanda W. Ladder is not attached to dock and shore is rocky, so getting into and out of pond can be challenging. House is close to highway so constant noise. Inside of house is shabby, needs updating. Wi-Fi was not working for our entire 5 day stay. TV signal frequently went out too. Little cell reception.
