The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Gaia Made It Unforgettable!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location could not have been better for getting around.
The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with fantastic local recommendations. A very special mention goes to Gaia, who was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, and we cannot thank her enough for all her help and genuine hospitality.
We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!
