This house was in a great spot. Easy to get out and walk to most of what you need. The screen porch was great. There is a boat doc just down the road we used for launching paddle boards. Our relatives own a sailboat and it was perfect for walking to and fro. The local shops and restaurants are nearby as well. The house had everything we could have wanted.
