This 3-bedroom, 3-full bath house with reversed floor plan has a generous open and airy upstairs living space featuring a comfortable sitting area with TV, dining area, and beautiful kitchen opening onto a large screened back porch with bed swing. Kitchen is perfect for entertaining and features granite counters, an island workspace and stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range, and microwave. Coffee lovers will enjoy brewing with a drip maker! Upper level also has a guest bedroom with queen bed and full bath off the hallway. The lower level has the main bedroom with king size bed, full bath, and private screened porch. Lower level also has a guest bedroom with twin over a full bunkbed, full bath off the hallway and laundry room. The property also has bicycles that you are welcome to use during your stay. Renters enjoy a Guest Membership at the River Dunes Harbor Club and will have access to the community pool, clubhouse, and outstanding Club Dining Room. The Harbor Village features the new Yawl's Café, Red Rickshaw (a home interior boutique) and Spa with steam room and saunas.
