If your over 76 with bad knees it is a tough walk to the beach. Once there the beach and beach bars are terrific. Parking is tough but you will not get towed parking on the sidewalk. The Island, on the French side, has serious water supply problems as we were without any water for showers, toilettes etc for several hours and even up to 15 to 18 straight hours. Owner says will supply starter toiletries but we only had 1/2 of a toilet paper roll, no facial kleenex and no paper towels. Despite these negative things the unobstructed view of Orient Bay beach and the Island of St-Barts in the background the pictures seen on the website are accurate. ##### Mike M. Il s'agissait de notre premier séjour de 3 semaines à Saint-Martin. Le studio était tel que décrit sur le site de VRBO. Rien ne manquait. Jen avait mis à notre disposition deux chaises de plage, des serviettes de plages ainsi qu'un parasol et une glacière. Philippe, l'hôte, nous a bien accueilli et répondu à toutes nos questions. Il était toujours disponible et très agréable avec nous. Le studio était confortable et très bien insonorisé. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient de qualité. Nous avons été en mesure de prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse qui donnait directement sur la baie orientale. Quelle vue! La piscine ainsi que les transats étaient parfait pour une baignade en fin de journée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le supérette ainsi que la pizzéria sur place. Très pratique. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la tranquillité du site ainsi que la présence de la sécurité. Il y avait amplement de places de stationnement disponibles car nous avions loué une voiture.
