Aloé T3 duplex-suite in private property

Our ALOE duplex suite (2 bedrooms) at Shamrock, for a vacation in St MARTIN, 2 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Antilles (Orient-Bay / Orient Bay), in a private Residence composed of 8 duplexes, very recently renovated and in a secure environment (security station 50 meters away and owners on site).

Our Duplex Suite is made up of a ground floor opening onto the terrace with a large picture window and a mezzanine.

The living space is wide and airy with its high white ceiling. You will find a living room with sofa and coffee tables, a dining area extended by its equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer combi, pod coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, etc.) )

Two bedrooms are available, the first on the mezzanine (160x200 bedding / hotel-quality bedding) and the second on the ground floor with its comfortable Chateau d Ax convertible sofa (very comfortable). This sofa opens and closes so that this room can become a small living room or an office in no time.
The bathroom with tiled shower is well sized.

The covered terrace has a table and 4 armchairs and overlooks the garden. You can alternate according to your mood, your meals taken either indoors or on the terrace.
A private parking space is available.

As for the private swimming pool of Residence Shamrock, it is shared by the 8 tourist rental apartments that compose it.
It is scheduled to be operational by the end of 2018 (currently being fully restored), which is why I have not mentioned it in the announcement yet.

Le Shamrock Stay

We were very pleased with our stay at Le Shamrock. The unit looked exactly as it did online. We made several meals in the well equipped kitchen and spent a lot of time on our patio. The pool was lovely and had many tropical plants surrounding it. Chantel and Her husband were very informative and easy to communicate with. The beach and restaurants near our place were great. We would definitely stay here again!

La résidence est située tout près du village de la baie d’Orient où se trouve la plage, des restos, une épicerie et bien plus encore. Pas besoin de véhicules pour s’y rendre.

Amazing Vacation!

This is the perfect property for a laid back Saint Martin trip. Within a minute of the beach and many amazing French restaurants. Part of Saint Martin are still rebuilding, but Orient Bay is the most back and the place to stay. Everything else on the island is just a short drive away. You must try paddle boarding Pinel Island. Property was exactly as pictured, clean, updated, pool was amazing, and Chantel was amazing to work with. Thank you for such a beautiful 3 weeks.

Bel appartement duplex remis à neuf avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances au soleil. Literie confortable, linge de toilette et de cuisine à disposition. Belle piscine cachée par une végétation dense et environnement agréable Proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants où il est plaisant de se promener le soir en toute sécurité, artisanat et animation musicale le vendredi. Le Shamrock...une bonne adresse à retenir et à conseiller.
