Everything was great. Really enjoyed our visit.

Staff was so kind and helpful! Room was very clean and with great views! Beautiful hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here.

As a person who runs a cleaning business, i understand cutting costs with cleaning products, but i feel like the products that has been used smells really bad. Scents can improve wellbeing, and the minute I stepped in the hotel and the hotel room. It doesn’t smell clean and fresh, smells like dirt covered in flowers, using deodorant on top of smelly armpits. Unfortunately that’s how I felt. It’s a nice place, paid extra for a nice view, but other than that, I’m not impressed. The place has a very cool vibe tho. But smells like a cheap motel

Room was fine. No complementary bottled water though. The elevators looked dirty and beat up. When we first walked in, a lot shady looking people around. They had given our room away due to overbooking but the front desk lady found a way to get us 2 beds. Location was good though. Close to Starbucks & other stores.

We had doctor appointments early at UCLA and decided to spend the night at W. The folks were very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired. We had a room that was updated to a junior suite. The snacks and wet bar was good. The bathroom products can not be better. Davines from Italy. The bed was comfy too. The real problem is the air quality... The HVAC system is very tired. There are two zones. I used clorex wipes to clean the intake and outtake vents. I had to use several sheets. And they still need a lot of work. The windows have wooden shutters. They are very dusty too... Overall the W worked out for our trip. But I'm not sure we can stay there. With my wife's asthma and my allergies was quite a challenge... This was hard to write because the staff was so nice🙏🙏🙏 All the best Burton
