The staff were warm and friendly and room was nice and clean. It was a little difficult to find as it has a doorway leading up to reception on the first floor. However, it is also right in the middle of town which was great.

The restaurant and bar were both closed, so after a full day of travel we had to walk out in to the village to try to find somewhere to eat. Just as we gave up, we managed to find something. The staff are completely uninterested. The rooms are tiny, and dated. Although it was a fairly cheap room for the night, the rest of our holiday was spent in significantly better places for only marginally more money.

nous nous sommes demandés où étaient les 4 étoiles affichées; les prestations, la chambre spartiate , une salle de bain sans porte-serviette sont à peine à la hauteur d'un deux étoiles! l'accès au spa est payant: ok mais pourquoi nous ne sommes pas prévenus? l'accès au spa est labyrinthique et avant d'atteindre l'espace détente on a eu notre parcours du combattant! monter au 2émé étage parcourir un long couloir, puis descendre au -1 se doucher et remonter au 1 dans un ascenseur transformé en mare pour enfin accéder au SPA!! en revanche le spa est génial mais nous le séparons de l'hôtel car nous avons payé séparément!
