- New custom home high end finishes with everything you could want. Set back on well kept 5 acre property with garden, pond/waterfall, large grass yard, huge driveway, etc. House has no carpet, large covered deck, top of the line audio video system extending to deck, living room, and master bathroom. 3 flat screen tv's (65 inch 4k in living room) comcast cable and high speed internet. 4k player, etc. All new pottery barn furniture throughout the house. You can use game room with pool table, Covered outdoor space with pellet grill, yard games, etc.

Modern country house
This property was a nice getaway from the busy city while still being a short drive to bars, restaurants, clackamas river, and the freeway. House was very clean and well equipped making for a great stay. Especially enjoyed the game room. Ryan was easy to get a hold of and check in was a breeze. Thank you Ryan for allowing us a late checkout. Will stay here again if in the area, highly recommended.

Great location for Oregon adventures
My family and I loved every minute of our stay at this property! Not only is the home brand-new with state of the art appliances and modern decor, the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed ever. I felt like I was at a fancy hotel ;-) The best part was being far away from the hustle and bustle (i.e. traffic) of being near downtown, yet very accessible to major highways and all our adventures.
The owners were great and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and suggestions on where to eat, shop and visit in the area. I can't wait to come back!

Well kept, clean, and a well stocked kitchen
The house is remote and quiet with large grounds. Everything is clean and quite new. A few towel bars would be appreciated. The kitchen is large and great for cooking, well stocked with tools, pans, spices, cooking oils, serving dishes, tupperware. I would recommend the space for adult groups before recommending to a family with small children.
