"Zimmer sauber, Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl inklusive extra Kinderbuffet mit liebevoller kindlicher Dekoration, direkt an der Skipiste (allerdings an der deutschen Seite, die tschechische Skiseite ist besser), Personal sehr hilfsbereit, riesiger Pool, indoor-Tobeparadies, alles in allem TOP!!!! "Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfühlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklärt. Die Handtücher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal Käse, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht! "

"What a fascinating property-a chance to sleep in a historic castle! The property has been well renovated: the rooms are large & have luxury features…..like heated bathroom floors!! The breakfast buffett was huge - I loved the festive tree-shaped scrambled egg molds. We loved exploring the common rooms & seeing all the historic furniture."

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."
