The property is in a good central location for Zion and Bryce Canyon, with the added bonus of 2 National Monuments within an hour drive. Wed stay here again. We did notice the yard is small, not fenced and on the main road running through town, so busy. We weren’t at the house for long, we were in the park and surrounding areas so it didn’t affect us. But if you have littles, this isn’t a yard they can play in unattended. Communication was excellent and arrival/departure instructions were clear and easy. The back door lock does seem difficult to be certain it’s actually locked, maybe worth a check by the owner.
