Points négatifs : - à l'arrivée, aucun accueil prévu : la conciergerie nous a demandé de récupérer les clés et les draps/serviettes dans un sac devant leur local fermé ; nous avons dû remettre en marche l'électricité dans l'appartement ; - l'appartement était sale : le canapé était recouvert de poils de chien, les coussins tâchés et recouverts de miettes tout comme la table, le sol non aspiré, les couettes et la literie tâchées, l'électroménager plein de traces ; - l'appartement est mal entretenu : lave-vaisselle en panne en cours de séjour (fait sauter les plombs), de nombreuses ampoules grillées, robinet qui fuit, tringle à rideau trop petite, moisissures dans la salle de bains ; - sèche-cheveux ridiculement petit et qui cesse de fonctionner à pleine puissance ; - manque de réactivité et mauvaise foi du propriétaire qui considère ces défauts comme "mineurs" et n'accepte aucun dédommagement. À noter : L'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, il n'y a pas de wifi ni de livret d'accueil. En bref, en dépit d'une très belle situation, nous ne conseillons pas cet appartement tant qu'il ne sera pas correctement entretenu. ##### Gaël S.
