Une fois l'euphorie du début des vacances passées, les choses à améliorer apparraissent: L'accueil et le départ sont expéditifs, La conciergerie n'est pas toujours réactive au besoin des vacanciers, et nous a demandé d'attendre un technicien qui n'est jamais venu ( nous ne sommes pas là pour gérer l'intendance) Vous n'avez pas de livret d'accueil pour vous expliquer les installations, les commodités du quartier et les activités à faire, Le lave linge et le lave vaisselle sont vieillissants et bruyants, Le lit d'une des chambres est incomfortable ( matelas à ressort usé) , La piscine a besoin d'être rénovée, elle n'est plus à débordement car des pièces n'ont pas été changées ( nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser pendant 2 jours) , notre demande de dédommagement pour cet incident est resté non traité à ce jour, 3 transats pour 6 vacanciers Les hôtes n'ont pas prévus de jeux de sociétés pour les vacanciers, Il n'y a pas de parasol pour le coin repas sur la terrasse, La terrasse et les murs ont des fiantes d'oiseaux qui ne sont pas nettoyées, Il n'y a pas de place de parking comme indiqué dans l'annonce, Il n'y a pas d'aspirateur, La réception de la TV et de la WIFI ne sont pas performantes, Les joints de fenêtres tombent en miette, Le plafond de certaines pièces est détérioré, Ces points sont à revoir pour que le prix de la location correspondent à la prestation de la maison.
