Solar-powered and cool throughout. You are just a short drive from Eagle Beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, yet far from the crowds. Perfect for couples, families, and remote workers craving space, comfort, and sunshine.

    THE SPACE
    Open-plan living/kitchen with a 75-inch QLED TV and Fire TV soundbar. Full chef's kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, LG microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, plus a kitchen island with 4 bar stools - also a great laptop workspace with fast 400 Mbps mesh Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1: king bed, 50-inch smart TV, makeup station. Bedroom 2: queen bed, 55-inch smart TV. Both bedrooms have A/C, blackout blinds and open closets. Two full bathrooms with rainfall showers, hot water and Aruba Aloe toiletries. Stacked washer and dryer. Outside: your private 6x3 m pool (open 24/7, not heated) with 4 sun loungers, an outdoor lounge set and dining table, all on fully fenced grounds with a gate-enclosed driveway, covered carport and 220V EV-ready outlet. Keyless self check-in with smart locks.

    GOOD TO KNOW
    6 exterior security cameras and a video doorbell monitor the outside only (two rotate automatically to follow motion) - none indoors. Pool service visits Tue & Fri 6-8 AM. The home is fully solar-powered and eco-friendly - please be energy-conscious with A/C and lights. Quiet residential area: no parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM, max 4 guests, no pets, smoking outside only. A rental car is recommended (beaches ~10 min by car). The pool has no lifeguard - children must be supervised. Baby travel crib available if requested at least 24h before arrival. Minimum stay 3 nights.
