Sleeps 4. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION NOTE: This is one of the few studio condos at the resort with direct access to a washer and dryer, shared on alternate days with the adjacent Beach Garden One-bedroom condo. This amazing ground floor beach rental, Beach Garden Studio condo, sleeps 4 guests in two queen-size beds. The unit features a private terrace with patio furniture and a garden area, just steps away from one of the resort's swimming pools, and offers ocean views through the lush tropical landscaping. Inside, the studio includes a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, 2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. A 4-seat dining table, TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower. This studio is one of the few units at the resort that offers a semi-private laundry facilities-a washer and dryer shared on alternating days with the adjacent Beach Garden One-bedroom condo, secured with locks on both sides. The studio condo provides 650 sq. ft. of interior living space and an additional 400 sq. ft. of private outdoor space. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safety, free parking, central air conditioning, a cable TV, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. This unit is located in the Eagle building on the ground floor (adjoining to the Beach Garden One-bedroom condo - E124-2). Note: The outdoor terrace was upgraded in May 2025 from the old decking material to Coraline tiles. Updated photos will be taken and posted soon. NOTE: This studio can be combined with the adjacent Beach Garden One-bedroom condo (E124-2) via an internal connecting door via the laundry room to create the full property, Beach Garden Two-bedroom condo (E124), accommodating up to 8 guests. I love that the patio is pretty much shaded all day. The only suggestion I have is that the cutting knives need to be replaced as they were very full (could barely cut a lime) I also made pasta 2 nights while there and there was no colander or bowls big enough to store the pasta in the fridge. ##### Angie L. Clean, however, several uncomfortable nights on a bed, because the bedframe was broken. They did send maintenance to fix, unfortunately, it was a few days.. The beach is beautiful, but not alot close if you cant/or don't want to walk. No bar or restaurant on condo property. Unsure if I'd come back, I'm probably more of a timeshare resort kinda gal. Where I can do some cooking and also find more options closer to me...Also, only one plastic bowl to store food in. Hard to really make anything, if you can't store the leftovers.. All of that being said it was still a great vacation in Aruba! ##### Barbara W. A great little getaway. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The grounds including the multiple pools were pristine and our unit was well kept and clean when we arrived. The unit is literally a 3-5 minute walk to Eagle Beach. You will find that all of the paraguas (beach umbrellas) belonging to the complex will be taken early in the morning by annoying “space savers” but at least for now you can find lots of tree shade on the beach between Oceania and neighboring La Quinta as the land between these two condo complexes is currently under construction. Luckily we did not find the construction noise to be a problem. This complex does not have a restaurant or a bar, which also adds to the quiet. We really enjoyed Clover Market for coffee and healthy breakfasts and Zucchini’s restaurant for dinner, both are in easy walking distance. Additionally, if you walk inland from the complex and head left at the first roundabout you will find a gas station with an ATM that is much cheaper to use than the one at the nearby Alhambra casino and there is also a well-stocked convenience store across the street. Check-in and check-out were very easy and “on-time” and we found our stay, the location and the price to be extremely satisfactory! I am now a 3rd time visitor to Aruba and would definitely stay here again. ##### Marie M. The condo was extremely well kept and had everything we could possibly need. Landscaping is beautiful with many native varieties of fauna, flora, birds, butterflies, and of course the indigenous lizards! Pools are immaculately maintained, never crowded but could use a few more shaded spots during busy season. Nice and quiet but easy to get to all the action spots whenever you want. Con mi señora estuvimos alojados en el Condominio Oceania en Aruba desde el 30 de Sept/15 hasta el 21 de Octubre/15 un total de 21 días en un muy espacioso Estudio los que han sido nuestras mejores vacaciones en 41 años de matrimonio. La ubicación del Condo frente a la playa Eagle, la descripción del Estudio con sus amenities, sus cuatro piscinas, su gimnasio, sus jardines, etc corresponden exacta tamente a lo publicado en su aviso. La propiedad es muy segura con su sistema de vigilancia y con el ingreso con clave al Estudio y a la puerta que da a la playa. El Estudio está muy bien mantenido al igual que sus hermosos jardines. El entorno es paradisiaco. Arrendamos un auto y recorrimos unos 600 km en toda la isla y queda damos gratamente impresionados con el contraste de la naturaleza del este de la isla de Aruba con la del oeste. Muy merecido el premio a Eagle Beach. Playa mara villosa, muy limpia, de agua tibia, de color esmeralda y de arenas blancas. El Super Market donde compramos nuestros alimentos está muy cerca del Condominio, al igual que los Restaurantes, Casinos y principales atracciones. Sin la menor duda y con la mayor sinceridad les recomiendo este Condominio para que pasen unos instantes maravillosos en el.
