"It’s a very safe property. Need a key to get into the complex as well as two locks to the unit. Dedicated parking spot. Close to Surfside beach and to downtown (15 minute walk). Nice pool. Air conditioning works well. Water pressure and temperature great. Located in a residential area. Quiet and peaceful. Clean unit and communicative hosts. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of a big hotel area and you want to unwind after a long day in peace."
