Un grand espace salle à manger pour 8 personnes avec un coin salon, repos vue sur l'extérieur avec de grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue sur la piscine.

Un joli patio couvert salon/salle de cinéma cocooning pour vous détendre avec wifi, grand écran plat.

Une belle suite parentale indépendante avec de nombreux rangements, tv, lit 160X200 une belle salle d’eau avec une douche spacieuse, coin coiffeuse. WC séparé.

2 belles chambres offrant chacune des rangements, une belle salle d’eau commune pour ces 2 chambres.(possibilité d'un lit parapluie)

A Great Holiday

Over the years we have stayed in a lot of holiday villas in France, and this has to be one of the best. The location on the outskirts of Orange is perfect. It’s a quiet residential area, but 5 mins drive away is Orange town centre with all its historic attractions. 5 minutes in the opposite direction and you are in the heart of Chateauneuf du pape country and all those vineyards. 5 minutes in another direction takes you to the commercial sector of Orange with all the shops you need for a stay in this wonderful part of the country. The location is also perfect for wider exploring to Avignon, Nimes, Arles and Ventoux. The villa is very modern and well equipped the pictures do not do it justice. This is a very comfortable, high quality residence. Franck the owner resides nearby and was there to greet us at the agreed time and took his time to explain all the amenities. We were in contact via the VRBO app and we were confident that he was available if needed. In conclusion I would say if you are thinking about booking a stay here, just do it, you will not regret it.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in Orange verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr modern, super ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Highlight sind die große Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz, Gasgrill und Kühlschrank und ein schöner, tiefer Pool.5 min zu Fuß zum Bäcker, gute 20 min ins Stadtzentrum, sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Nîmes etc.Franck ist ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter, hilfsbereit und total diskret. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Fijn huis in Orange

Aan de rand van Orange, in een woonwijk. Het is een compleet ingerichte bijna nieuwe woning die van alle gemakken is voorzien, inclusief een heerlijk zwembad. Er staat wijn, bier en fruit klaar bij aankomst en we zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Echt een aanrader als ze iets in Orange zoekt!

Fantastische Unterkunft

In Orange bei Francks Haus angekommen wurden wir herzlichst in wunderbar klimatisierten, großzügigen und sauberer Räumen empfangen. Frisches Obst und Gemüse war für uns bereitgestellt und die Kühlschränke innen und in der Außenküche mit ersten Getränken gefüllt, die man nach einer langen Fahrt gern erstmal genießt, bevor man in den nächsten Supermarkt muss. Sogar ein Weinkühlschrank mit ein paar sommerlichen Weinen wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist riesig, hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Überrascht und vom Hocker gehauen hat uns auch die tolle Außenküche mit professionellem Gasgrill für den perfekten Grillabend. Wir haben die Woche mit 6 Personen bei Franck sehr genossen! Haus,Schlafzimmer, Pool, die Küchen, alles war sehr sauber,

Tolle Ferienvilla in Orange mit Pool!

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferientage in dem neuen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Besonders der Pool wurde gerne und viel von den Kindern genutzt. Die Räume sind alle klimatisiert und die Schlafräume lassen sich komplett verdunkeln. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und sehr gut sortiert mit allem was man braucht. Man ist sehr schnell in Orange und ebenso in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Von hier aus kann man viele beliebte Ziele in der Provence ansteuern. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter wohnt in der Nähe, die Kommunikation mit ihm war außergewöhnlich gut und er war sehr engagiert. Bäckereien und Supermärkte sind in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der riesige TV steht in einem eigenen Raum, was wir sehr praktisch fanden, wenn nicht alle Fernsehen schauen wollten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
