This spacious, newly renovated vacation rental sleeps 8 guests and is ideal for big groups/families. The home offers a gourmet kitchen, elegant dining area, private backyard and game room.

The home has recently been remodeled and boasts new stainless steel appliances, including new beds with memory foam mattresses, four LED Smart HDTV’s (55" 4K, Two 40", 32") with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video. There’s A/C, high speed WiFi internet, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, waffle iron, blender, washer, dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, 6-person dining table, kitchen island with 3 barstools, 6-person patio dining set, and BBQ grill. For families with little ones, there’s a Pack ‘n Play (portable crib), high chair and 2 strollers. Game room includes pool table, table tennis, darts and a Street Fighter arcade game. We provide clean linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and complementary coffee.

Great place to stay - will be coming back!

It was a great place to stay with the family. Close to Disneyland as well as just a 15-20 min. Drive to the beach. Property manager was great! My daughter accidentally left behind a beloved stuffed animal - the cleaning crew found it and we are hopeful to get it back. Highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to coming back!

Disney vacay

The house was open and had enough space for our group that included 2 little ones. The location was close to food, shopping and Disneyland. There was a small ant problem that could’ve been prevented with regular pest control, but overall it was a good place to stay.

Family Get-a-Way

This was a great place to stay for a quick family get-a-way weekend. It has a huge kitchen with a very good sized table...perfect for family board games. The garage also has a ping-pong table and pool table. The Ms Pacman was a bonus treat! The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. All in all a great stay!

the peoperty is in a nice quiet neighborhood. ez access to freeways. proprty is a little dated. sink in masterbath leaks and attracts ants. the towels are a bit stiff and would scratch urself like sandpaper. bring ur own towels . the home is comfortable clean and roomy. a good deal if you are paying about $250 a nite

great property for the price range

We were an extended family of 8 with 5 adults, 2 teens and an 18 month old. There was plenty of room for all of us. There was ample seating in the kitchen and the living room. The location was great for us since Disney, Great Wolf Lodge, Newport Beach and local parks were all within 10- 30 minutes. The house was clean except for the high chair. A large spider fell from it upon opening and it appeared moldy. We avoided all other infant/toddler items after this. We appreciated being able to wash and dry a few loads of laundry onsite (not coin operated). For the price point we felt like the house, property and location were all great. We would definitely stay again (this is not a high end property but an older property that is clean and maintained). The seating outside looked lovely but we were unable to use it due to rain. There are many fruit trees in the backyard and the small grass area is large enough and soft enough for an infant to play. The teens enjoyed the pool, ping pong and arcade games in the garage. Minor inconveniences included noisy and very firm mattresses on all beds, non-usable infant items, no darts for the dart board, continual traffic is heard since the backyard borders highway 55 and the shower water pressure in the hallway bathroom is poor. None of these would be a deal-breaker for staying again.

Not bad, some improvements needed

We stayed at this property for 11 nights in July/2023. Pros & cons listed below: Pros: -Owner was very responsive. Communication was via text and Jay responded immediately to any issues we had. -House was very clean. -Nice neighborhood. -Ping pong table was a hit with our two teenage boys. Cons: -Pics are a bit misleading. The kitchen was as advertised, looks like it was renovated nicely, as was the living room. The rest of the house needs an upgrade. Baseboards damaged, poor paint job, toilet paper holder coming off the wall, bathroom ceiling fan falling off the ceiling, master bedroom bathroom cabinet doors are so old and dried out they won't even close, etc, cosmetic stuff. -The ping pong/pool table is a nice touch, but damaged, and in the garage, which has no airflow. Being July, we had to have the side door and main door open due to heat. -Since we had the place for 11 nights, it would have been nice to hear from the owner to see how things were going. No contact except from me when we had some issues. He is responsive, but should be a little more engaged with his renters. I had to call him to let him know we had arrived, since no entry info had been sent. I'm not sure he remembered we were coming. Takeaways: For the amount we spent, I thought the place would have more attention paid to it. I doubt the owners have walked through it in some time. I think it's overpriced, but it was very clean and Jay was willing to correct things quickly.

Very spacious

The house has lots of space. We never felt cramped and were able to all relax together very comfortably. Whether in the living room, kitchen, or garage, we were able to constantly hang out together and have a wonderful time.

Great place and location

This house is perfect. We used it while visiting Disneyland and enjoyed all the space and comfort. There's some road noise outside but the house is quiet. Great neighborhood and very convenient to nearby attractions. The kids loved the game room and all the TVs. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious comfy home near Disney

The property is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The thermostat was hard to figure out but Jay helped us get it to work. The neighborhood is clean and quiet even though there is a freeway right nearby, you don't hear it. The decor is pretty with art on the walls and soft colors. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and yard as well as the game room, which was lots of fun and a big hit. There are stores located conveniently nearby and Disney is less than ten minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The futon in the kids room was badly broken and unusable. Railing on the top bunk was broken and sharp. The bed in the master had no mattress pad and the mattress was badly stained. Pillows are stained yellow and smell bad. Horrifically mildewed showers that we scrubbed ourselves. Ants attacked us in every room. Freeway overpass literally in the backyard. It was the only house available for the week we stayed. We bought pillows and a mattress pad and suffered through it, since we were gone during the day.

This has to be the worst and most unethical host. First night we arrived in house it was extremely hot inside, notice the AC was off. No biggie we turned it on figuring the host wants it off (per his instructions when your stay is over) so first night kind of sucked as the house was never truly cooling off. Slept threw it and had to be up early the next day. We left at 9am we were hoping that once we got home in the evening the house would finally be cooled down. Nope the coldest if got was to 82 by 6pm. Notified "Jay" the homeowner there was something wrong with AC, they brought out a technician the next day...... Technician informed Jay that the AC is in fact bad and needed a new part. I told Jay its really unethical to host in the middle of July with no working AC, never did they offer to move us somewhere else, bring in some fans or anything to help with the issue, Just said im sorry for the inconvenience!! I told them i would be seeking compensation for the stay as no one should have to stay in a hot house with no AC, let alone rent one out. HE informed me and agreed that he would talk to the real homeowners or property managers who oversees him and would get back to me. Oh and finally on the last night of our stay (4th night) they finally got the AC fixed and finally had temperatures under 80 inside the house.......Funny though after our stay was over Jay stopped communicating with us about compensation even when they know they were in the wrong, shame on you!!!
