- Located in Orange, this estate offers guests a peaceful retreat. Perched up on the hill, of a beautiful elongated drive way. Currently no neighbors. The house has incredible views of the mountains once you walk out of the property every morning. The home has 5 Bedrooms and is children friendly with a huge 1000 sqft playroom with toys for young toddlers. 4 Car Garage. Electric EV charging station for a Rivian. The backyard has a fenced pool and lush green grass to entertain.
3 of the bedrooms have doors that lead out to the balcony which face city light views and have firework shows you can see from Disneyland and Anaheim Stadium.
One of the bedrooms currently was converted to have two cribs, but can be switched back to the king size bed. (bed is in the garage). There is 3.5 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a comfortable atmosphere year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Excellent location next to Irvine Regional Park for kids. 10-15 minutes to Trader Joes, Mothers market, Sprouts. Few minutes to Orange Hill, Mining Hill Company.
